She is survived by: her husband Ruben Midyett; her children, Stacy Arledge (Glen) and Ken Midyett; her granddaughter Macy Weeks; her great grandchild Isaac Lee James; her sister Jackie Hill (Donald); and her close friends, Dot, Barbara, Miriam and Linda. She is also survived by ten nieces; six nephews; numerous great nieces and great nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Louisiana Baptist Childrens Home.
