He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "E. A." Kelly and June Kelly; and his siblings, Sandra Rogers and Arthur Kelly. He is survived by: his brother Jerry Kelly (Patricia) of Monroe; and his nephew James Kelly of Jackson, MS. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
