With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emmett Stewart Christman (Monroe, Louisiana), born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who passed away on February 14, 2022 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his significant other Sybil; his parents, Betty and Emmitt; his brothers, Wayne and Dan; and his son-in-law Fred.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie and Jan (Brad); his grandchildren, Stewart (Marina) and Lynn (Steve); and his great grandchildren, Oscar and Leela. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home, Lakeshore Baptist Church, or the charity of your choice.
