With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Jane Green Bryant of Monroe, Louisiana, born in Rayville, Louisiana, who passed away on July 27, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alpha Jane Temple Green and Christie Eugene Green; her husband James Huey Bryant, Sr.; her sons, James Huey Bryant, Jr. and Michael Patrick Bryant; her son-in-law Thomas Gray; her great grandchild Thomas Allen Cestia; and her siblings, Charles Green, Mary Elaine Seltzer, Jerry Green and John Henry Green.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Gray and Tony Bryant (Kathy); her daughters-in-law, Sharon Bryant and Krisan Bryant; her grandchildren, Nick Gray (Amanda), Josh Bryant (Miranda), Robby Bryant (Angela), Pamela Cestia (Tyler) and Holly Bryant (Jason Dent); her great grandchildren, Katelynn Bryant (Ty Putman), Elizabeth Bryant, Caroline Anne Cestia, Lily Crawford, Christopher Bryant, John Michael Cestia and Layne Lowrey; her sister Anna Cox; her sister-in-law Barbra Bryant; and her friend Jill Roberts. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
