We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2022, at the age of 72, Elmer Dale Allen (Monroe, Louisiana), born in Delhi, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elmer Allen and Ruby Christine Adkins Allen; and his brother James Lavelle Allen. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Allen Riley (Paul) of Ruston, LA; his grandchildren, Leyton, Carson and Ainsley Riley; and his sisters, Evelyn Best of Delhi, LA and Carolyn Doughty of Delhi, LA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
