She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Ray Phillips, Sr.; her parents, Elijah Betts Bryan and Mary Ammon Bryan; and her siblings, Elvis, Irvin, Eddie, Vestor, Virgil, Max Bryan, Julia B. Alford, Mary B. Massart and Judy B. Martin.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald R. Phillips, Jr. (Eva) of Prairieville and Steven W. Phillips (Deanna) of Norfolk, Virginia; her grandchildren, Steven, Michelle, James Phillips, Christina P. Montazeri and Elizabeth Phillips; her great grandchildren, Wesley Phillips, Preston, Myra Montazeri, Clarissa and Vanessa Phillips; her siblings, Rev. Jesse D. Bryan (Beverly), Faye B. Roy Lanier (Larry) and Ola Mae B. McGee Wallace; and her sister-in-law Elvie Lee P. Bedsole.
