It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellie Elizabeth Carter John of Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on July 3, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: the father of her children Stuart Moberley; her husband Howard John; her sons, Edwin Moberley and Carter Moberley (Jennifer); her siblings, Nancy Holloway (Don) and Edgar C. Carter (Nancy); her stepchildren, Michelle John, Dustin John and Daniel John (Jesse); her grandchildren, Julia Moberley, Luke Moberley, Elle Moberley, Ava Carter Moberley, Eva Katherine Moberley, Gradyon John and Chloe John; her niece Robin Holloway; and her nephews, Matthew Carter, Benjamin Carter and Coleman Holloway.
In lieu of flowers, Ellie requests that memorials be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation to help find the cure for Type 1 Diabetes.
