Drusella Guidry Obituary

We bid farewell to Drusella Guidry of Monroe, Louisiana, born in Houma, Louisiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 16, 2024 at the age of 92. Drusella touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her former husband Odom "OJ" Guidry; her parents, Raymond Luke and Gerdie Boudreaux Luke; and her brothers, Luke, Frankie Luke and Doffy Luke.

She is survived by: her children, Cathy Landry, Dale Guidry, Danny Guidry, Debbie Hetterick (Mark) and Frankie Guidry; her siblings, Tennie Theriot and Melinda Tanner; her siblings-in-law, Sue Luke and Eulin Guidry; and her grandchildren, Raymond "Peppie" Landry, Jenee'Oldham, Michael Hetterick, Robbie Hetterick, Rhett Hetterick, Bryon Guidry, Jovi Guidry, Steven Guidry, Kimberly Guidry, Bradley Guidry and Trenton Guidry. She is also survived by numerous Great-Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren, God-Children, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.

Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bernadette Catholic Church (409 Funderburk Ave, Houma, LA 70364). A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the St. Francis Cemetery.
