She is survived by: her husband Raymond Self; her daughter Crystal Scott (Stevie); her grandchildren, Mason Ray Scott and Scarlett Scott; and her siblings, Deborah Kay (Mike) and Bruce Lynn Heddin (Gayle). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
