She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lester Alfred and Sybil Adams Comeaux; her husband Dr. Thomas Henry Fields, Jr.; her sister Lesta Marie Levy; her grandchildren, Amanda Jordan Cruz, Thomas Fields IV, Tara Fields, Sydney Camille Rainey (Jared), Tucker McDonald, McKenzie Christensen (Andrew), Adam Fields, Alex Fields, Noah Ross and Savannah Ross; her great grandchild Isaac Bennett; her sister Debbie Warren of Boerne, TX; and her in-laws, Anitra Fields Hall (Larry) of West Monroe and Albert Fields (Sharon) of Monroe. She was also cherished by five children, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
