He was predeceased by: his parents, D. O. Sinclair and Annie Sinclair; his siblings, Julia Ann Campbell and David "Buddy" Sinclair; and his parents-in-law, Jean Wilkinson and A. O. Wilkinson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Wilkinson Sinclair of Monroe; his daughter Angela Gayle Sinclair of Friendswood, TX; his stepson Michael Monk (Christine); his granddaughter Natalie Monk; his siblings, Shirley Hinton (Tracy) of West Monroe, Brenda Collie of Baskin, Debbie Hunnicutt (Lane) of Shreveport and Dan Sinclair of West Monroe; and his nephew Brian Anderson (Susan Wilson Hahn) of Monroe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
