It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Allen Hoyt (Monroe, Louisiana), who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Hoyt and Claire McBee; and his great grandchild Estella Marie Benson (Essie). He is survived by: his daughter Brandi Hoyt Benson (Charles M. Benson, Sr.); his wife Charlotte Hicks Hoyt; his grandsons, Charles Michael Benson, Jr. (Emily) and Beaux Allen Benson; his great grandchildren, Poppy Benson and Maison Benson; and his siblings, Gerrie L. Hoyt, Rick Hoyt (Brenda), Richard Dodge (Carol), John Hoyt (Pam) and Sueann Demo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
