He is survived by: his parents, Judy D. Futch and Curtis A. Futch (Louise S.); his aunt Sue Hayes; and his stepsiblings, Craig Hammonds and Paige Hammonds Carr. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
