He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lewis Horne; his son Greg Horne; his grandson Jared Ray Horne; his sister Gwen Jenkins of Mobile; his brother-in-law Stan Lewis; his cousin Barbara Wallace; his nieces and nephews, Gina O'Neal, Shonda Lewis, Tiffany Donald, Tony Lewis and Trey O'Neal; his friend Deborah Kirby; and his caregivers, Keisha, Andrea, Rose, Alice and Crystal. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; and three great great nieces and nephews.
