He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Richard Duncan and Clara Gorton Duncan; and his siblings, Rufus "Pete" Duncan, Douglas "Coot" Duncan, Claude Duncan and Shirley Duncan Thomason.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Nowlin Duncan of Oak Grove, LA.; and his sons, Rick Duncan (Vickie), Chuck Duncan (Melissa) and Kenny Duncan. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rowland Road Baptist Church (1234 Rowland Rd, Monroe, LA 71203). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rowland Road Baptist Church or the charity of your choice.
