He was predeceased by: his sister Lily Faye Carmichael. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Carmichael; his children, Kristi Carmichael and Keith Carmichael (Jeanne); his grandchildren, Katherine and Richard Carmichael; and his siblings, Lynn Carmichael and Jimmy Carmichael (Karin).
