We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2025, at the age of 90, Carolyn Rose Hoffman Ritter of Monroe, Louisiana, born in Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack C. Ritter; her father Henry Hoffman; and her stepfather Sonah. She is survived by: her children, Mark Ritter (Ria) of Monroe, Debby Griffin (Mark) of Galveston and Ronda Herlevic (Marty) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Melissa Flemister (Ryan), Ashley Dykes (Perry), Dustin Ritter (Sarah), Mallory Benedetto and Vincent Herlevic (Ainsley); her great grandchildren, Carter Flemister, Cade Flemister, Ryan Dykes, Caleb Dykes, Collin Dykes, Hannah Dykes, Abigail Dykes, Lucy Jane Dykes, Ritter Benedetto, Lillian Benedetto, Burns Herlevic, Beau Max Herlevic and Baker Herlevic; and her sister Fran Collins (Gary). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - Monroe (2308 Sterlington Rd, Monroe, LA 71203). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Lea Joyner Methodist Church, or the charity of your choice in her honor.
