She was predeceased by: her mother Anne Norris Wright; and her former husband Henry Florsheim. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Steele; her father James Carl Wright; her siblings, Cousie Giglio (Susan), Lavonne Kennedy Goodeaux (Dennis) and Sara Holley (Travis); her nieces, Heather Giglio McCauley, Ashley Giglio Lucas, Morgan Kennedy and Emily Kennedy Webb; her nephew H. Barlow Holley; and also, Laura Steele Bennett (Gregg) of Spokane, Dylan Steele (Shannon) of Halethorpe and Dustin Steele of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is also survived by extended family members and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the River Cities Humane Society for Cats, an organization Carla felt strongly about and where she adopted her cats 2 beloved cats, Dusty and Bertha, or the charity of your choice.
