Billie Jean Parker Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Jean Parker of Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on November 16, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peyton Graham and Helen Graham; her brother Larry Graham; and her brother-in-law Jerry Gurie. She is survived by: her husband Carl Parker; her sons, Kevin Parker (Cheryl) and Keith Parker (Nicole); her grandchildren, Tyler Parker, Seth Parker, Owen Connolly, Jackson Parker and Lily Parker; her great grandchildren, Luke Parker and Lorelei Parker; and her sister Jimmie Lee Gurie.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - Monroe (2308 Sterlington Rd, Monroe, LA 71203). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the New Light Baptist Church (2477 Prairie Rd, Monroe, LA 71202). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at the Harris Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to New Light Baptist Church in Monroe.
