She is survived by: her children, Barbara Elaine Knighten (Kenneth Wayne Knighten), Vickie Ann Harnar (Ronald Dean Harnar), Sheila Diane Walker and Richard Lee Purvis (Terry); her sister Diane Cook; and her family Bertha.
