He is survived by: his wife Gay Cook; his children, George Cook (Ann), Charles Cook (Jeannine), Lisa Cook Simpson, Randy Cook (Ronda), Teresa Kirton (Bobby) and Lana Sims (Mark); his grandchildren, Bobby Cook (Ashley), Bane Cook (Debra), Reed Cook, Meredith Cook, Andrew Simpson, Amanda Simpson, Aaron Simpson, Caroline Cook, Morgan Cook, Lauren Kirton Petrunin (Zhenya), Lindsay Kirton Cortez (Richard), Easton Sims and Sterling Sims; his great grandchildren, Sullivan, Finley, Rhett and Mila; and his cousin Barbara Adams.
