He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Givens (Huong) and Jason Givens (Heather); his grandchildren, Hannah Eileen Givens, Nicolas Wayne Givens, Braden Howard Givens and Alyssa Dawn Griffin; and his siblings, Maury Scot Givens of Denim Springs, Daniel Todd Givens of Eros, Merle C. Givens of Chatham, Kevin A. Givens of Eros, Johnnye A. Pate of Monroe, Pamela Givens Nurmi of Augusta, Katie Givens Copeland of Eros and Jennifer Givens Brown of Woodbine, Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
