She was predeceased by: her husband Anderson C.; her son Richard Dennis Warlick; and her great grandchildren, Stephanie Fortenberry and Arielle Nichol Fortenberry. She is survived by: her children, Dianne W. Fortenberry, Debra W. Shelton (Tom), A. C. Warlick and John D. Warlick (Laurie); her brother Joe LaCara; and her grandchildren, Keith Wayne Fortenberry, Dennis Lemoine (Debbie), Dwight Fortenberry (Christie), Dana Zuber (Danny), Amber Plummer (Mike), Erika Johnson (Adam), Jenna Graham (Jeremy) and Jonathan Warlick (Whitney). She is also survived by 19 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
