He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus A. Balch, Sr. and Cassie Lee Balch; and his sisters, Bonnie Tullos and Mary Lee Price. He is survived by: his wife Deborah H. Balch; his daughters, Laurie Sylvestri (Ray), Marcie Balch and Christie Dixon (Randy); his grandchildren, Tyler Hunt, Christopher Balch and Micah Moore (Scott); and his daughters, Reanna Dixon and Taylor Sylvestri.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
