It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alton Ray Hardwick Sr. of Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on September 23, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Alton Ray is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Hardwick and Ovin Hardwick; his brother Mac Hardwick; and his wife Betty Hardwick. He is survived by: his children, Paula Hardwick and Alton Hardwick, Jr.; his sister Gerry Binkley; and his nephews, David, Terry and Jay Huckabee.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - Monroe (2308 Sterlington Rd, Monroe, LA 71203). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
