He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marcotte and Betty O'Quinn Marcotte; and his brother Christopher Marcotte. He is survived by: his sons, Morgan Marcotte of Moncla and Chris Brouillette of Mansura; and his brother Steven Marcotte (Peggy) of Center Point.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Homes (445 W Bon Temps St, Marksville, LA 71351). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Kash 's Funeral Service (445 W Bon Temps St, Marksville, LA 71351). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church - Moncla (334 Community Center Road, Moncla, LA 71351).
