He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dauzat and Alphfia Rachal Dauzat. He is survived by: his children, Don Dauzat, Jr. (Chelsi) of Hessmer, Donavan Dauzat of Bunkie and Taylor Bryan (Joseph) of Florida; his sisters, Kimberly Brouillette (Kevin) of Mansura, Catherine Normand of Mansura and Rachel Kelly; and his grandchildren, Lillyan, Layla, Lawson, Dover, Hampton, Rowe and Valley (Gina Mayeaux).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Kash 's Funeral Service (445 W Bon Temps St, Marksville, LA 71351). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
