He is survived by: his wife Norma Ryan Bullock of Minden; his children, William Jay Bullock of Coppell, TX, Cynthia (Dee Raibourn, III) of Irving, TX and Diana Peterson of Grapevine, TX; his sister Georgia Smartt of Medina, OH; and his grandchildren, Kendall Leigh Dunn of Austin, TX, Reagan Nicole Dunn of Dallas, TX and Dee Raibourn, IV of Irving, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lakeview Methodist Church or UCAP.
