Barnett in Minden, Louisiana, born in Magnolia, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 19, 2024 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie F. Barnett and Edna Juanita Barnett; his siblings, Samuel Barnett and Billie Ann Mays; his son William Shawn Barnett; his granddaughter Aliyah Barnett; and his former wife Delois Ann Barnett.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Barnett; his sons, DeWayne (Charlotte), Benjamin, Wesley (Jamie) and Clint; his brother John Barnett (Gail); and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Shelby (Keith Shannon), William Shawn Barnett, Jr., Carter (Mallory) and Lexi.
