He is survived by: his wife Ronni Holtzclaw of Minden; his mother Mattie Ford of Minden; his brothers, Mickey Holtzclaw of Minden and Jay Ford of Dallas, TX; his stepsisters, Arlene Holtzclaw Oliver of Saline and Angela Rollinson Hight of Minden; his half-brothers, John Rollinson of Blair and Marty Rollinson of Natchitoches; his grandchildren, Khloe Smith and Xander Holtzclaw; his niece Angela Lilly; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan and Peyton of Minden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
