Keith Adcock (Pamela) of Minden, LA; her grandchildren, Rachel Adcock of Minden, Anna Pucket (Ryan) of Minden and Andrew Bertrand (Hannah Emerson) of Jonesport, ME; her siblings, Mary Elizabeth Whitehead (James Whitehead) of Natchitoches and John William Guthrie, Jr. (Shirley) of Minden; her caregiver Sandra Stone; her pet Abby; and also Abel Palmer Puckett of Minden. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
