Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Martha leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Brooks and Lucille Brooks (Harold Sampson); her sister Billie Sanders; and her grandson James Poe (Pee Wee). She is survived by: her children, Frank Henry (Barbara), Trudy Durbin and Paula Summerville (Michael); and her sister Dorothy Lea. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
