She was predeceased by: her husband Linnard "Smokey" Smith; her children, Sharon and Dickey Joe; her parents, Inez Axton and Joe Hardy; and her siblings, Sue Pruitt and Troy Hardy.
She is survived by: her brother Don Hardy (Lily); and her children, Johnny Ray Butler, Liz Allen (Bo) and Lee Butler (Vicki). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
