He is survived by: his children, Wayne Weems (Janafer) of Rome, Georgia and Tonya F. Weems of Mesa, Arizona; his sister Virginia Evans (Jerry Don) of Mansfield, Louisiana; his sister-in-law Shirley Weems of Mansfield, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Emily and Isaac Weems; and his friend Billy Emfinger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
