She is survived by: her children, Dillard Sikes (Ginger), Grover Sikes (Lisha), Elisha Sikes Taylor (Dal) and Lavetra Sikes Johnson; her stepsons, Dewayne Benefield and Darrell Elmore; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Sikes Merritt, Kerry Sikes, Paula Sikes, James Sikes, Sabrina Benefield Castle, Angelia Benefield Murphy and Patrick Benefield.
