It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Mangrum (Minden, Louisiana), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her children, Eric Jason Mangrum and Stacey Elaine Kellogg; and her siblings, Roy Vaughn and Vena Foster. She is survived by: her husband Tom Mangrum; her grandchildren, Nicholas Wade Turner, Raylee Byrum, Juliette Kellogg and Charlton Kellogg Jr.; her great grandchild Athena Kellogg; her son-in-law Charlton Kellogg Sr.; and her mother-in-law Louise M. Foster.
