She is survived by: her husband Charles Pate of Minden; her daughters, Tsianenia Watson (Tim) of Heflin and Juanita Underwood (Dale) of Oklahoma; and her siblings, Viola Cleaver of Tennessee, Sam Willoughby of Chatham and Tom Willoughby of Monroe. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
