She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Fogle and Mary Fogle (John T. Butler, Sr.); her sons, Michael Woods and Wayne Woods; and her siblings, Donna Fogle Jakway and Jesse Fogle.
She is survived by: her children, John T. Butler, Jr. (Beverly) of Ringgold, Barbara Dison (Cecil) and Venus Poynter (Richard Patterson); her sister Grace VonSchriltz; and her grandchildren, Amber Goodwin (Tyler), Tabitha Moss (Steven), Josh Poynter (Brittany), Noah Poynter and Crystal Lee (Chris). She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, and 10 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Rose Neath Funeral Homes - Minden (211 Murrell St, Minden, LA 71055). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Woodard Cemetery.
