He is survived by: his wife Verna Gerard Smith; his children, Catherine S. Cobb and J. "Randy" Smith (Sherre); his grandchildren, Jamie S. Vice, Lauren G. Menard, Courtney Smith, Casey S. Choplin (Nick), Ashley S. Granger (Sean), Kevin Smith (Angie), Breelan Menard, Keenan Smith (Amy), Travis Smith (Kara), Ellie Smith, Skye Smith and Abigail Smith; and his brother Gerald Smith. He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
