It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Daniel Douglass (Metairie, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, James Stuart Douglass, Justin Denechaud Douglass Jr. (Marilyn) and Gerald Aynaud Douglass (Jeannine); his parents, Justin Denechaud Douglass and Marian Daniel Douglass; and his granddaughter Mary Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Reid Cumberland Douglass; his grandchildren, Will, Caroline, Abby, Stuart, Emily, Maggie, Kate, Daniel, Megan, Parker, Jack, Blake, Molly, Evelyn, Avery, John Reid, Arden and Amelie; and his great grandchild Isabella. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
