He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Louis Ragas and Noella Evelyn Tournier; and his nephew Dominic Manthey. He is survived by: his wife Yvette Manthey Ragas; his sons, Matthew Wade Ragas (Traci) and Joshua Paul Ragas; his sister Susan Ragas Price (Andy); and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Price (Kate), Kellie Price Rothman (Elisha), Kimberly Price (Jon) and Taylor Price.
