With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas E. Gleason Jr. (Metairie, Louisiana), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Thomas left this world on April 18, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Earl Gleason, Sr. and Antoinette Faber Gleason; his son Bret Gleason, Sr. (Cindy); and his sisters, Bernadette Gleason Gary, Antoinette Gleason Le Bourgeois, Gay Gleason Gary and Sylvia Gleason Lynn.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Totora Gleason; his son Timothy Gleason (Jenell); his grandchildren, Tayler Gleason, Jennifer Gleason Olson (David), Bret Gleason (Kirsten), Kaitlyn and Kyle Gleason; his great grandchildren, Donovan, Ella, Joshua Olson and Evelyn Gleason; and his sisters, Rose Gleason Guarino and Fay Gleason Boudreaux (Ronnie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the National Shrine (3601 Transcontinental Dr, Metairie, LA 70006). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
