We bid farewell to Thomas Edward Leumas of Metairie, Louisiana, born in Duluth, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 10, 2025 at the age of 61. Thomas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his brother James K. Leumas; and his sister-in-law Julie Bergeron Leumas. He is survived by: his wife Anita Elisabeth Leumas; his daughter Candice Fisher (Alex Donez); his grandchildren, Payton, Donovan, Delilah and Michelle; his mother Dolores Sullivan Leumas; and his siblings, Michael J. Leumas (Carmella), Christopher J. Leumas (Becky), Gregory J. Leumas (Donna), Kathleen A. Loyd and John P. Leumas (Sharon). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, grandnephews, and grandnieces.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the National Shrine (4940 Meadowdale St, Metairie, LA 70006). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations made in Tommy's name towards the Chondrosarcoma Foundation.
