He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Victor Mayville and Mary Elizabeth Vire Mayville; and his brother Bobby Mayville. He is survived by: his wife Suzette Bodenheimer (Sue); his children, Thomas "TJ" Mayville, Jr. (Jennifer) and Tiffani Asbill (Jason); his grandchildren, Sadie Lasserre, Autumn Mayville, Cooper Asbill and Camille Asbill; and his sisters, Debbie Harris and Mary Jo O'Bannon (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
