He is survived by: his wife Carol Cushman Talbot; his siblings, Kathleen Usner (Eddie) and David Talbot (Gail); his children, Tanya Talbot Waits (Stuart) and Timothy Paul Talbot (Suzie); and his grandchildren, Zachary, Madison, Kyle, Kaitlyn and Alaina.
