He was predeceased by: his wife Henrietta Ruggiero; his son Gregory Ruggiero; and his brothers, Angelo and Mario Ruggiero. He is survived by: his daughter Roxanne Miller (Philip Foster); his grandchildren, Willliam Miller, Jr. (Maria) and Thomas Miller; and his sister-in-law Frances Ruggiero.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memories Funeral Home (4900 Airline Dr, Metairie, LA 70001). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
