It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Anthony Ruiz (Metairie, Louisiana), who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Ruiz and Rebecca Jeansonne Ruiz; and his brothers, Jared Ruiz and Brian Richards.
