He was predeceased by: his parents, Milan Steve Dianis and Rose Edmonds. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Pollock Cantrelle; and his daughter Stephanie Dianis Campos (Michael). He is also survived by stepchildren, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home (4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, LA 70006).
