He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Daniel McNeel and Dorothy Green McNeel; and his wife JoAnn Ecuyer McNeel. He is survived by: his children, Michelle McNeel Helmke (Robert), Jennifer McNeel Beck (Will) and Ted C. McNeel Jr. (Addi); his brothers, Daniel McNeel and William McNeel; and his grandchildren, Connor Louis Helmke, Cole Hudson Helmke and Navy Claire McNeel.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home (3827 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
