He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Roussel and Dorothy Roussel; and his brothers, Herbert Roussel Jr. and Carl Roussel. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Armstrong Roussel; his daughter Rosalind Roussel; and his siblings, Julius "Pete" Roussel and Beverly Roussel Gaudet.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Benilde Catholic Church (1901 Division Street, Metairie, LA 70001). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
